Production and correction of steel

This sysem take chemical informations of steel during the fusion. With this informations the system calculate the quantity of differents components necessary to obtain the steel quality required. The components are stored in six silos. The quantity of stell is abaut 80.000 Kg for each fusion. The steel correction is realized out of furnace. The time necessary for all process (calculation, create the components mix and correction of the steel), is less then 12 seconds. |
