testing of the locks. The system is constituted by a PLC controlled by a
computer. A specific language lets you write the test procedure very easily.
The system performs the required number of times, typically 100,000. Are
recorded and displayed graphically the data for each test and a graph that
displays the evolution of the characteristics during the test cycle. The
software is developed in Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, communicates with a PLC GE
Fanuc. The communication software AUCO ComCGE allows you to program the PLC
automatically for each test. The movements are performed by pneumatic actuators
and by brushless motors controlled in position, speed, acceleration and torque.
