From a pile of wooden frames pre-assembled the machine take one frame each time. |

The system is capable to adapt is structure at all dimensions of frame, from 10 x 10 cm to 100 x 120 cm. Great dimensions are disponible as option.

Technical description
|
. The machine is totally automatic and it doesn't require the presence of an operator. Average production cycle is up to 180 complete frames per hour. The machine can operate 24 hours a day. Before starting process, it is only necessary to set the machine to the frame size. This operation will only take few minutes. The machine is capable to assemble canvas on frames ranging from 10 x 10 cm. to 100 x 120 cm. The machine automatically loads one frame at the time, shut properly, squared at right angles. The canvas is cut to fit perfectly. The software program checks that every single nail is correctly fastened to the frame. The nails' speed is of 4 nails every second. The finished frame is stacked on the output container. Some stops are needed only to load and unload the product. All the movements are made with brush-less motors and pneumatic pistons, and there is very little noise. The control display shows the alarms and which maintenance is due and when. Connection with a telephone modem enables to have a remote assistance for the machine.
